2. General Information on Data Processing

This website is a static website hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. No cookies are used for tracking purposes. Only a technically necessary cookie for cookie consent is stored.

3. Server Log Data

Each time this website is accessed, data is automatically collected by the web server. This access data includes:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)
  • Time of server request
  • Anonymized IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of the website).

4. Contact by Email and Phone

If you contact us using the email addresses provided or by phone, we process your details solely in order to handle your enquiry. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

5. Contact Form

You can send us an enquiry using the contact form on our contact page. The following details are processed: your name, email address and message as mandatory fields, and optionally your organisation, phone number, plant design capacity, aeration system, control system and the online instrumentation in place.

How the data is handled: Your details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to a server function on our hosting platform, forwarded to us by email immediately and then discarded. No data is stored in a database. No cookies are set, and no data is passed to third parties beyond the processors named here.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given explicitly when you submit the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is directed at entering into a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

Retention: We keep the email resulting from your enquiry for as long as is necessary to deal with your request, and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Spam protection: The form includes a field invisible to you and checks how long it took to complete, in order to detect automated submissions. Neither a CAPTCHA service nor any other third-party service is used.

Providing this data is voluntary. However, without your name, email address and message we cannot process your enquiry. You can also reach us by email or phone at any time.

6. Hosting

This website is hosted by Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation). For more information, please refer to Microsoft Azure's privacy policy.

7. SSL Encryption

This site uses SSL encryption for security purposes and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://".
